** Have You Considered Hiring A Professional Wedding Planner? **

Don't take chances with the day of your life ...

Hi, I am Angie, a wedding planner based in Johannesburg. Congratulations on your engagement and welcome to the roller-coaster ride of planning a wedding! Ready for the ups and downs?

If you are looking for a stress-free wedding without the panic and screaming, perhaps a professional wedding planner is what you need to turn that special day into what you have dreamed it to be (and to make sure that it doesn't become a nightmare).

But first things first:

The hardest part - getting your man to propose - is over! Jokes aside - a marriage is a life long commitment, at which you'll have to actively work for the rest of your lives. But before you get to that part, there's the not so small matter of the actual wedding.

For most girls, this is their day. The groom usually just needs to show up in what he has been instructed to wear! Sorry for the boys - but then again, not many of them would have been planning their wedding day since childhood!

Of course, you want this to be a day to remember forever. Everyone is here to celebrate your union to Mr Right. And you're going to do your utmost to make sure that nothing goes wrong.

Trouble is, unless you have prior events planning experience, you may find it a daunting task, which could consume a lot more of your time, effort and patience than you'd bargained for.

Do You Need A Wedding Planner?

Let's see ...

  • Does the idea of planning a large event scare you?
  • Are you worried that you may not have time for the endless tasks and legwork needed when planning your wedding?
  • Do you want something special and unique but don't know where to start?
  • Do you have a clear idea as to what you want, but need help and expertise to make it all happen?
  • Can you plan your wedding on your own? Are you confident that you have the time, expertise and experience to pull it off?
  • Do you want the hottest wedding without paying too-hot prices?
  • Do you maybe feel swamped and in need of assistance?

And perhaps the most important question ...

  • Do you want to be attending your wedding or tending to your wedding?

Your average wedding takes about 200 hours to organise, and you could be dealing with 30 or more different service providers.

Do you have the time and patience to find these suppliers, compare quotations, and then coordinate everything so that all the pieces of the puzzle fall into place on your wedding day?

Depending on your answers, you may need the services of a professional wedding planner to help turn your wedding dreams into reality ...

What Do You Want Your Perfect Day To Be Like?

You want to be made to feel like a princess on your special day, and enjoy every single second of it, right? If so, then that means leaving the worry and the stress to staff!

You want to arrive on the day, as calm as can be, without breaking your nails on setting up heavy candelabras or tying ribbons to chairs and menus.

Planning an event is time consuming, and typically requires a lot of experience if everything is to go smoothly.

Today, most young women are holding down tough jobs that require their full attention, and most of their time, which usually doesn't leave much room for much else.

Taking on the additional 'job' of organising your own wedding (on top of the normal stress that such a big event brings with it) may just asking too much of yourself.

If this is you, then why not let me do the legwork for you?

Let me deal with the suppliers and make sure all is set up on time and as planned. Let me take the frustration and the stress off your plate. That's exactly what a wedding planner is for ...

What Can You Expect From Your Wedding Planner?

A wedding is a deeply personal affair, I fully appreciate that. You are sharing something that is special to you with the people you care about. It is an expression of who you are ...

That is why I like to work closely with you; to achieve that deeply personal touch.

A memorable wedding is one that, long after the party is over, people remember with a feeling of joy.

They probably won't remember the little details individually - what they had to eat, or what flowers were on the table, what all the little touches were that made it so special - but they will remember the overall ambience that was created by an amalgamation of all the many little details that made it such a special occasion.

I take special pride in paying particular attention to those little details; the flounces and flourishes and the finishing touches that make your wedding truly memorable!

Naturally, our first meeting is complimentary because...

  • We will be spending a considerable amount of time together so it is important that you choose a wedding planner with a personality that compliments your own.
  • You have to feel comfortable that I will be able to articulate your vision and style and convey and communicate this to your guests.
  • You will have to trust my judgement and have confidence that I will be able to create a unique party that is an expression of you!

So before we start a working relationship, we need to make sure that we're on the same page, and that we're talking the same language.

Remember, you're the boss, I'm just there to take the load of your shoulders and make sure you arrive at the altar feeling relaxed and with no worries.

If this sounds good, please fill in the page below and we'll get together for an initial consultation - it's on the house ;-).
